Sponge Substitute Pudding
Being morally opposed to the use of eggs in sponge puddings can at times be a drag, but I discovered that a need for hot spongey pudding can be satisfied by using two crumpets (per person), toasted, and buttered (with syrup if you fancy) then cut into bite-size pieces, and covered with custard/soya dessert.
Rice Left-Over Pudding
Cooked too much rice to go with that lentil curry?
Simply stir in some soya dessert - the caramel one is especially good, but chocolate and vanilla work.
